Hey folks....just curious if anyone thought that the Houston half marathon was ridiculously expensive.  My ex-company has been entering me for the past couple years, and so I never did the registration, but when i went to register today i saw that it cost $95!!!!
That seems so expensive to me...for a half. thoughts?

demand i guess...but come on...

I'm pretty disappointed in it all... the lottery, the increased fees, change of weekend.  I am doing Sugar Land Half this year.  Yes, $95 is a lot for a half.  That's more like a marathon price.

WHAT $95.00 OMG, who do these people think they are?  I would NEVER pay that much for a half especially in Houston!  Austin Marathon is only $85.00 and must nicer course.

Or Augie you could come do the Disney Full or Half with me! = )  The medals are much cooler than Houston.
